About Me
I have lived a rich and full life, in places crisscrossing the country from major metropolitan areas to small rural towns. Along the way I’ve had many adventures and chapters, all contributing to the woman I am today. Shifting gears from a long and fulfilling corporate coaching practice into the third act of my own life, is the catalyst for my current offerings and the perspective I bring to others in similar transitions.
I’m a wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, friend and lover of life. With each passing day, I’m reminded of the precious gift it is to be awake and alive in the world. I’m inspired by the innocent essence of newborns, the wisdom of the elderly, random acts of kindness and courage, a majestic sunset, a good belly laugh, art, poetry, live music, and people who are passionate about their life’s work, however creative, important, or humble that may be. I view every day as a new opportunity to be more fully present and intentional, and aspire to live my days with kindness and compassion.
